About Charlie
Thoughtful Massage Therapy,
Grounded in Care
PT Massage Therapy was created to offer skilled, attentive bodywork in a calm and supportive setting.
Charlie — Medical & Sports LMT
I'm a licensed massage therapist based in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn, specializing in trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and sports massage. My work is focused on one thing: getting you out of pain and keeping you there.
Precise Work With a Human Touch
After more than 20 years of practice, one thing hasn't changed — the most effective sessions are the ones that start with actually listening. Not just to what you say, but to what your body is doing.
Most chronic pain has a source that isn't where you feel it. My job is to find that source and address it directly — with enough skill to make a real difference, and enough care to make the process feel safe.
Every session begins with understanding your specific pattern — where you hold tension, what's driving it, and what will actually help.
Work is focused and intentional. Trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and myofascial techniques are applied where they're needed — not as a formula.
The goal isn't just to feel better for a day. It's to interrupt the pattern so relief actually holds between sessions.
"Find the source. Fix the pain."
A Calm, Private Setting
Sessions take place in a quiet, private treatment room designed to help you decompress from the moment you arrive. The space is kept simple and comfortable — warm light, clean linens, and a relaxed atmosphere so you can focus entirely on how you feel.
Everything about the room is intentional. There's no front desk, no waiting room noise, no rushed transitions. Just a focused, unhurried session in a space that feels like it was built for exactly this.
- Private treatment room — no shared spaces
- Warm, calm atmosphere from the moment you walk in

People Who Want Real Results
Most clients come in because something hasn't resolved on its own — and they're tired of temporary fixes. They're not looking for a relaxation massage. They want to understand what's going on and feel a genuine difference.
This work is a good fit if you're dealing with:
- Chronic neck, shoulder, or upper back tension
- Hip pain or tightness that doesn't respond to stretching
- Trigger points that refer pain to other areas
- Headaches driven by muscle tension
- Long-standing patterns that have built up over months or years
- Post-activity soreness or tightness that lingers too long
Clients range from desk workers and athletes to people recovering from injury or simply carrying years of accumulated tension. What they have in common is wanting work that actually addresses the source.
Grounded in Science,
Refined by Practice
